We believe in investing in students to create a better society, unleashing the power of entrepreneurship as a force for good.

We focus on positive and sustainable entrepreneurship: we use the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals as a framework to engage future leaders in creating a better, more sustainable world.

In 2024, our global network supported 120,000 young people in improving their entrepreneurship skills.

Friends of Bata funds, mentors, and supports young people with innovative ideas to improve their communities. We offer a wide range of educational, financial, and social resources, equipping young leaders with the tools they need to succeed.

From innovative ideas to impactful projects, we're empowering the next generation of change-makers through mentorship programs, workshops, masterclasses, events, and startup competitions.
